Log in to your Mega Music account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
