Sadwosky MetroLine 21 Fret Vintage J/J 4-String Bass Guitar Blue Metallic
Roger Sadowsky has set himself the task of improving an already very successful bass design even further by making a number of detail improvements. Together with the electronics he developed, he has managed to raise the well-known J/J bass sound to a new level, so that today one can speak of a typical Sadowsky tone: Never harsh sounding, with deep, defined, by no means dull basses, present, but not intrusive mids as well as sweet and airy highs.
All features of this modern bass sound can also be found in the 21-fret vintage J / J basses of the MetroLine series, which is manufactured exclusively in Germany. All basses have a weight of about 4.0 kg and are therefore also interesting for bassists who are looking for a modern bass sound as well as a lightweight solution for the stage.
Special features of the vintage J/J basses of this series are the active electronics with true bypass of the preamp with vintage tone control, treble and treble boost, the ultralight Sadowsky tuning mechanisms and the special Sadowsky bridge, which allows a quick string change.
The four-string bass with slightly reduced J-Style body made of redder comes here in a high-gloss Solid Dark Lake Placid Blue Metallic High Polish finish.
