The MXR Noise Clamp allows you to crank the gain on your pedals to extreme levels without worrying about hiss or excess noise. By reading your guitar's dry signal, the Noise Clamp reduces the noise level within the effect loop, clamping down aggressively on even the noisiest signals. A single Trigger control lets you set the volume threshold to where the pedal is active, with a green LED displaying the gate's on/off status. Capable of reducing noise by up to 26dB, the Noise Clamp retains all the glorious articulation and tone, even at extreme levels of gain!
