Take Charge and Control your Power
You can adjust the input headroom to suit your instrument using the MUTE and ACTIVE/PASSIVE switches. The MUTE switch silences the signal from the INPUT jack to the SPEAKER output, HEADPHONE, and DI outputs, allowing silent tuning. The SUBWAY D-800's design begins with the INPUT section on the front, it consists of an INPUT jack and two switches. Adjust the instrument's input headroom with the MUTE and ACTIVE/PASSIVE switches; A MUTE and an ACTIVE\PASSIVE switch for tailoring the input headroom to your instrument. The MUTE switch silences the signal given by the INPUT jack to the SPEAKER output, HEADPHONE output and DI output for silent tuning. You can easily tell what switch is active by looking at the right side of the front panel, where there are indicator LEDs that represent all switched functions.
