Created in partnership with the Gibson™ Custom Shop, the 1958 Korina Explorer™ is Epiphone's masterful recreation of one of the most acclaimed and valuable classic guitars ever made. Bringing authentic details from the 1958 Explorer to guitarists everywhere at a breakthrough price. Like the very rare original 1958 Gibson models, it features a solid Korina body and a Korina with a long neck tenon and 1958 Explorer-neck profile. It also features an Indian laurel fingerboard and gold hardware. Gibson Burstbucker™ 2 and Burstbucker 3 pickups are connected to individual volume controls, a master tone control with CTS® pots and Mallory™ capacitor, Switchcraft® 3-way pickup selector switch and 1/4" output jack.
